Brought my helper with me to Babies R Us today and tried out double strollers. Surprised to find that I really like the Graco Quattro Tour Duo - but it makes sense, it's basically the newer, more feature-filled, double version of the stroller we already have. It's heavy (duh) and could stand to be a bit more maneuverable, but all in all, it's an awesome stroller for the price, and comfortable for everyone - I know, Claire wanted to test out BOTH seats (only in this stroller, not in any of the others we tried).

I was convinced that a side-by-side was going to be the way to go, but now I'm really liking this one. And with Babies R Us having a trade-in deal (trade-in an old piece of baby equipment, get 25% off), I'm thinking we might be able to get a good deal on this... instead of scouring Craigslist for something I may or may not like.

Double strollers are HEAVY, though. I need to get a cheap umbrella stroller to use as backup and/or when Claire wants to push instead of ride. If only I could find one that doesn't discriminate against people who are taller than 5'5". If I find one, I'll probably use it a lot before the baby is born, too. Lifting our stroller in and out of the car is getting a little tough on this pregnant mama.

Still searching for a toddler bed. I gotta get a move on if we want to have one before Claire's birthday!
